Recently, Juwu Tengyun Internet of Things (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has frequently sent notices to our company regarding the legality of using Altium Designer (Protel) software.

After investigation and verification by our technical department, except for the one set of genuine Altium Designer (Protel) software purchased and used by the company, no other computers of the company were found to have installed and used Altium Designer (Protel) software. During the use of the software, the number of Altium software licenses purchased by the company did not exceed that of the purchased Altium software. In order to further strengthen the internal management of the company and prevent the possibility of such phenomenon from happening in our company, the company has made the following decision:

1. It is strictly forbidden for internal employees to use office computers to download and install other infringing and pirated software. It is strictly forbidden for company employees and outsiders to download and use pirated software on private computers in the company to prevent infringement of other individuals or company intellectual property rights. Otherwise, all legal responsibilities arising shall be borne by the relevant responsible persons. 2. It is strictly forbidden for company employees to privately copy or upload or publish company confidential information through external networks. Otherwise, the company will expel the relevant responsible persons and investigate their relevant legal responsibilities.

3. Establish a daily management and supervision mechanism to conduct regular management and control of office computers and network environments to prevent employees from privately installing and using unauthorized software.
